- Locate the Reference No field — it's in the top-right box of the bill.
- Note the 14-digit number. For electricity bills, ignore any trailing letter (e.g. U or R).

Here are 4 ways to find your reference number without a printed bill:
Open the app → Bill Payment → select your utility → saved beneficiaries shows your last-used number.
Call your DISCO helpline (LESCO: 118, FESCO: 041-9220070, MEPCO: 061-9220200, GEPCO: 055-9200100, IESCO: 051-2650011) with your CNIC.
Visit your nearest Sub-Divisional Officer office with your meter number and CNIC.
Some DISCOs support SMS bill inquiry. Try texting your meter number to the DISCO helpline number.
